Dr. Stavros Dafis studied Physics at the University of Ioannina and holds a Master's degree in Atmospheric Sciences and the Environment, as well as a PhD from the Polytechnique Institute of Paris in Dynamic Meteorology. His work focuses on operational forecasting of extreme weather phenomena in Europe.
