Dr. Kostas Lagouvardos is a meteorologist, with a PhD in Dynamic Meteorology from the University of PARIS-VI, France, since 1992. He is also a graduate of the National School of Public Administration. His work focuses on numerical weather forecasting, climatology, dynamics of atmospheric systems with an emphasis on extreme weather phenomenae. Finaly, he is a co-founder of the weather forecast website: www.meteo.gr.
